  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, lightly grease a 9x13 pan
  2. In a mixing bowl, knead together all the loaf ingredients
  3. Shape the meat into a loaf and put it into the pan. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
  4. Mix up the glaze in a bowl, brush it oven the meatloaf
  5. Increase the temperature to 400 degrees. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the loaf reaches and internal temperature of 160 degrees.
