Ingredients
For the noodles
- ¾ teaspoon (3.6g) kosher salt
- ½ teaspoons (2.4g) fivespice
- 11 ounce soon tofu
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
For the topping
- 4 teaspoons (29g) rice wine vinegar
- 1⅔ tablespoons (16g) soy sauce
- 1 (20g) tablespoon chile crisp
- fresh ginger
Directions
- Boil the noodles
- Blend the salt, tofu, fivespice, and ginger to make the sauce
- Mix all the topping ingredients to form the topping
